Setly offers art print sets curated from global creators.

• Print Quality: We strive to ensure that all prints meet high-quality standards. However, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and local printing processes.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

3. Global Fulfillment & Shipping

Our unique model connects you with creators globally while fulfilling orders through local print shops.

• Sustainability: By printing locally, we reduce carbon emissions associated with long-distance shipping.
• Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by local shipping carriers or customs.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

4. Returns and Refunds

As our products are often printed to order, we have specific policies regarding returns:

• Damaged Goods: If your print set arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Change of Mind: Because prints are made specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

The art featured on Setly remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. Your purchase of a physical print set does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork in any digital or physical form beyond personal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Setly shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
